I am Earl Maglacion a 25-year-old Filipino from Bukidnon, Philippines, born on September 9, 2001. I am a Roman Catholic,married, and a devoted mother of two children aged 6 and 4. I came from a family with five siblings, I learned the importance of responsibility, hard work, and family values at an early age. I pursued a degree in Public Administration but was unable to complete my college education.I have a three years of experience working as a House Helper in the Philippines. During this time, I gained practical skillsin household management and developed a strong work ethic. My responsibilities included maintaining the cleanliness ofthe home, performing general housekeeping duties, washing and ironing clothes, assisting with meal preparation, andensuring that the household remained organized and comfortable.Through my experience, I become reliable, hardworking, and capable of carrying out tasks with minimal supervision.I understands the importance of being trustworthy, respectful, and attentive to the needs of the family I serves.I worked as a House Helper for a single-parent employer in Bukidnon, Philippines. The employer lived in a six-room bungalow house together with her 43-year-old son with special needs. I worked alongside with another helper and was responsible for both household duties and caregiving assistance.My daily responsibilities included cleaning and maintaining the house, washing and ironing clothes, preparing andcooking meals, and ensuring that the household remained organized and comfortable. In addition to housekeeping duties, I assisted the employer with business-related tasks, particularly encoding and organizing records,demonstrating my computer literacy and attention to detail.I also helped care for the employer's son by assisting with his daily needs, providing support and supervision,and ensuring his comfort and well-being. Through this experience, I developed patience, compassion, and the ability towork closely with individuals requiring special care and attention.Working in a household that required both housekeeping and caregiving responsibilities allowed me to strengthen mymultitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
